Two prizes for Belgian film The Land of the Enlightened in Russia Pieter-Jan De Pue's debut The Land of the Enlightened was awarded two prizes at the Tarkovsky Festival in Russia last night. The hybrid documentary not only won the Audience Award, but also took home the Professional Achievement Award.
