Teodora Ana Mihai's debut Waiting for August, produced by Hanne Phlypo and Antoine Vermeersch for Clin d'Oeil Films, is one of the six nominees for the European Film Prize for Best Documentary. The film about a Romanian teenager who takes care of her six brothers and sisters while their mother earns a living in Italy will also be shown in select cinemas from this week.
