The episode Les larmes du crocodile from the stop motion animation series Dimitri was awarded the prize for Best Animated Series for Children at the Ottawa International Animation Festival (17-21 September). The series directed by Fabien Drouet, Steven De Beul, Ben Tesseur and Agnes Lecreux is a French-Belgian-Swiss co-production that was made possible with the support of Screen Flanders and the VAF/Mediafonds. Co-producer on the Flemish side is the Mechelen-based stop motion studio Beast Animation.
