Eight major Flemish animation series and two co-produced with Flanders will be presented this year during Cartoon Forum. The leading European production and financing platform for television projects in development will take place in Toulouse from September 23 to 26 and will bring together around 850 participants from 30 countries. In total, around 80 international television projects were selected to participate in Cartoon Forum.
