Amazon is working on a 'Netflix for e-books' called Kindle Unlimited, which will allow users to read unlimited e-books for $9.99 per month. The service would provide access to "more than 600,000 titles and thousands of audiobooks for any device for just $9.99 per month." Life of Pi, Hunger Games and Lord of the Rings, among others, can be read digitally for free with the subscription. Amazon is the largest provider of e-books. The success is partly due to the Kindle tablet line, which works closely with Amazon's online e-book store.
