Co-founder and Managing Partner Kato Maes is leaving the production house Caviar. De Tijd learned that she is joining the new project of TV maker Tom Lenaerts (ex-Woestijnvis). Kato Maes started her career as the founder of the production house Pix & Motion, almost the reference for every Flemish advertising producer. After 20 years in advertising, she says it's time to pass the torch to a new generation.
