Distributor Lumière will release The Tale of the Princess Kaguya in Dutch and Belgian cinemas. The cartoon marks the return of Studio Ghibli co-founder Isao Takahata. Fifteen years after My Neighbors the Yamadas, the director has released a new film. The Tale of Princess Kaguya is based on a famous story from Japanese folklore. In the Netherlands and Belgium the release is planned for the late summer of 2014.
