Quentin Tarantino has announced that he will make the western The Hateful Eight, but is at least partially rewriting the script. A few months ago, Tarantino said he had given up on the idea of the western. The script for The Hateful Eight was then released via the Gawker website. Tarantino is still pursuing a lawsuit against the website.
