Actor Bob Stijnen passed away last Thursday. The cause was a heart vein rupture. Stijnen worked at the Fakkelteater in Antwerp for no less than 34 years. He also appeared on stage at the Echt Antwaarps Teater. However, the general public knows him as François Van den Bossche in the VTM soap Family, a role he played for five years. He also played in Nonkel Jef as Sander, and appeared in series such as Postbus X and Merlina.
