The Belgian Consumer Organization Test-Aankoop has gathered 12,000 consumers with an open letter to telecom company Telenet, which obliges a large number of its customers to exchange their SD decoder for digital television for an HD decoder for 79 euros by September. The telecom company has indicated that it wants to sit down with Test-Aankoop.
