The new police series Smeris with the duo Dennis van de Ven and Jeroen van Koningsbrugge cannot count on compliments from Peter R. de Vries. He doesn't think the series is truthful. He said this yesterday in De Wereld Draait Door. De Vries had to laugh at the series. "I watched two episodes and I smiled mildly because I actually thought it was some kind of parody, a caricature of real police work."
