The Flemish animation studio and producer Walking The Dog was named European animation film producer of the year by Cartoon Tributes this afternoon. The French-Belgian animated film Jack & The Cuckoo-Clock Heart, a co-production of Walking The Dog, was also nominated in the director of the year category.
