RTL Nederland performed well in the advertising market in 2013, with a growth in market share. This also applies to France, Hungary and Croatia. In Germany, the share of the TV advertising market did not grow. According to RTL, market conditions improved in the second half of the year in the Netherlands, but also in France, Belgium and Spain. There was significant growth in EBITDA (profit before tax): +6.9 percent to 1,152 billion euros.
