Spike Jonze stole the idea for his film Her. At least that is what two men claim, who are suing Jonze for plagiarism. Sachin Gadh and Jonathan Sender came up with the screenplay Belv three years ago. Jonze's agency reportedly rejected the script. Nevertheless, the men say they recognize their work in Her, which is in the running for the Oscar for best film. According to Gadh and Sender, the scenarios are similar in several respects. The main characters from both films take their loved ones with them in their pockets and both Her and Belv investigate the human psyche through interactions with computers.
