The short film Cadet by director Kevin Meul has been selected for the American South by Southwest Festival (SXSW), where the film will premiere internationally. SXSW is an Oscar-qualifying festival that gives winners a chance to win a free pass to enter the Academy Awards. Cadet was created with the support of the VAF/Film Fund of Flemish Minister of Culture Joke Schauvliege.
