Sam Worthington and Idris Elba have signed on for two leading roles in the drama Alive Alone. Flemish actor Matthias Schoenaerts has withdrawn from the film for personal reasons. Noomi Rapace signed as the female lead and is also an executive producer of the film. Khurram Longi, who makes his directorial debut with this film, also wrote the screenplay. The shooting will start in March.
