Filmmaker Hugh Welchman will make an animated film about the Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh together with the painter Dorota Kobiela. "A unique project. In 110 years of animated films, this has never been done before." The film Loving Vincent should be ready next year. Hugh Welchman previously won an Oscar with the animated film 'Peter and the Wolf'.
