The Voice won the prestigious American Producers Guild Award on Sunday. The talent show, devised by John de Mol, won prizes in the category for best produced TV program, reports the American film trade magazine Variety. The Voice defeated the programs Dancing with the Stars, Project Runway and Top Chef, among others. The 25th edition of the prize rain took place in Beverly Hills.
