Actresses Kim van Kooten and Lies Visschedijk share the screen together in the new Dutch drama film Onder het hart. The shooting of the unconventional love story will start next week. The film tells about biologist Masha (Van Kooten) who falls hopelessly in love with the recently divorced general practitioner Luuk (Koen De Graeve).
The escalating infatuation leads to tensions between Luuk, his ex (Lies Visschedijk) and their daughters, who do not want to take sides in the conflict between the parents. The shooting of Onder het hart takes place in Breda, Zaandam, Emmen and Belgium. The drama is scheduled to hit theaters in October.
