The Broken Circle Breakdown has won the Audience Award at the 17th Black Nights Film Festival in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia (November 15-December 1). This gives the film its 40th award, including eight Audience Awards. The Broken Circle Breakdown returns from Estonia with the Audience Award worth €2,000. The Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival is one of the largest film festivals in Northern Europe and, in addition to the main competition, consists of the three side festivals Animated Dreams, Just Film and Sleepwalkers, supplemented with a series of industry events. The festival aims to present an extensive selection of world cinema in all its diversity, with a strong emphasis on European film.
