Drift, the feature debut of director Benny Vandendriessche in collaboration with performance artist Dirk Hendrikx, has won the Fipresci Award at the 62nd edition of the Mannheim-Heidelberg International Film Festival. The prize is awarded by the International Federation of Film Critics. Drift is a production by Peter Krüger for Inti Films, in co-production with the Dutch Revolver. The film could count on support from the VAF/Film Fund of Flemish Minister of Culture Joke Schauvliege.
