For the time being, there are no plans for a Belgian launch of Netflix. The company does employ people, but they are all involved in services in the Netherlands. Netflix is an online provider of films and series via online streaming. This means that you can watch films or series via an internet connection, without downloading them - comparable to, for example, Spotify for music.
