The only surviving copy of a film starring Mary Pickford, one of Hollywood's first stars, is being restored. It concerns the short silent film Their First Misunderstanding from 1911. Pickford and her first husband Owen Moore play a newlywed couple who argue for the first time. The film reel was discovered along with six other films by a carpenter working in an old barn in New Hampshire. He turned the find over to Keene State College.
