Felix van Groeningen's The Broken Circle Breakdown has won the Audience Award at the Haugesund International Film Festival (15-22 August) in Norway. The Broken Circle Breakdown was crowned the winner by an audience jury, composed by the Haugesunds Avis daily newspaper. Van Groeningen's intense drama also won the Audience Award at CPH PIX in Copenhagen earlier this year.
