A long-lost silent film by Orson Welles has been found in Italy. The film dates from the period before he went to Hollywood and made his most famous work Citizen Kane, said Giuliana Puppin of the Cineteca del Friuli on Thursday. The slapstick film Too Much Johnson dates from 1938. The film lay unnoticed for years in a warehouse in the northeastern city of Pordenone. How the film ever got there is unknown.
