The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has elected Dutch journalist Theo Kingma as the organization's new president. The HFPA reported this on Tuesday. Its members are representatives of foreign media in Hollywood. The organization was founded in 1943 and is best known for presenting the Golden Globes, the annual awards presented by the HFPA. 46-year-old Kingma has lived and worked in Hollywood for years.
