Wouter Bouvijn won the bronze medal in the Foreign Film category of the Student Academy Awards with his short film Tweesprong. The 'student Oscars' ceremony took place last night in Los Angeles, concluding a week of industry and networking events in which the young director took part. It is the very first time in the history of the Student Academy Awards that a Flemish film student has won a medal.
