Scarlett Johansson is taking legal action against French publisher JC Lattes for using her name in a novel. The actress wants compensation for 'the unauthorized use of her name'. The steps are against Gregoire Delacourt, who used her name to describe one of his characters in his novel The First Thing We Look At. 'But the book is fiction. My character is not Scarlett Johansson," the author defends himself in the newspaper Le Figaro. Delacourt further explains that he chose Scarlett because he sees her as 'the embodiment of contemporary beauty'.
