Felix van Groeningen has been chosen by Variety as one of the 10 Euro Directors to Watch, filmmakers for whom a promising career lies ahead, according to the American trade magazine. The nominated directors and films will be presented to the public and professionals present at the end of June during the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (June 28-July 6). At the same time, Paris Cinéma (28 June - 9 July) is also organizing a Focus on Felix van Groeningen, during which his complete work will be shown in the French capital. Tribeca Film recently acquired the rights to The Broken Circle Breakdown and will release the film in American theaters later this year.
