Apple may launch its own TV on the market this year. According to Digitimes, the 'iTV' will have a so-called Ultra HD screen - also called 4K - with a resolution of 3840 by 2160 pixels. According to the Taiwanese tech site, Apple has been in discussions with the Chinese Foxconn for some time about the production of such a high-end TV. The only problem for Apple is that the supply of Ultra HD screens is not yet possible on a large scale. That should be the case later this year. It is therefore expected that the first iTVs will roll off the production line in the fourth quarter of 2013 or the first quarter of 2014.
