The Flemish musician and filmmaker Tom Barman traveled to the cities of famous city films for the Shot on Location program. "In Shot on Location, the viewer is immersed in the city from the film and people who were involved with the film in question are given the opportunity to speak. Those who played less glamorous roles, such as a cameraman, are also given their say," Barman explains. He visited six cities, namely; Naples (Gomorrah), Berlin (Das Leben der Andere), Venlo (Van God Los), Londonderry (Bloody Sunday, 2002), Edinburgh (Trainspotting) and Las Vegas (Leaving Las Vegas).
