American-Mexican actress Lupe Ontiveros died of liver cancer on Thursday in Whittier, California, at the age of 69. Ontiveros played the role of an indestructible woman in numerous films. For example, in 1997 she appeared in the film 'Selena' alongside Jennifer Lopez and in the same year she starred with Jack Nicholson in 'As Good as It Gets'. She also appeared in the film 'Real Women Have Curves' (2002).
