The Cinematek, the film museum, traditionally organized two competitions from July 1 to 14. With the two Film Discovery Awards, worth a total of 10,000 euros, the Cinematek wants to encourage the distribution of quality films by providing financial assistance to the Belgian distributors who bring the awarded films to Belgian cinemas. The film 'L'âge atomique' by French filmmaker Héléna Klotz wins the Age d'Or prize.
