The war in Flanders between broadcasters and distributors over delayed viewing is flaring up again. A draft decree gives the broadcasters more power, but has not yet passed parliament. If Belgacom and Telenet want to offer delayed TV viewing, they must request permission from the broadcasters. That is the aim of the new proposed decree from the Flemish majority parties.
