The Ostend Film Festival (FFO) and the Netherlands Film Festival (NFF) are excited about the future collaboration. Both film festivals, which have homegrown productions as a central theme, hope that this collaboration will lead to greater interest in their own talent in both countries. In concrete terms, both festivals will exchange a number of films every year. For example, a Dutch evening will be organized in Ostend on Thursday evening, September 13, and a Flemish evening in Utrecht on Thursday, October 4.
