Nora Ephron, author of When Harry Met Sally and Sleepless in Seattle, died on Tuesday at the age of 71. Her publisher, Alfred A. Knopf, confirms this. Ephron also wrote the romantic comedy You've Got Mail and the biopic Julie & Julia, which was released in 2009. During her career, she earned three Oscar nominations. She was also active as a journalist and wrote several collections of essays, which sold well.
