There has been a fuss in the United States about the controversial film about Jesus Christ that Paul Verhoeven is making. “We keep being told that Hollywood is not anti-Christian, but the evidence that it is is mounting,” said Don Gainor, director of the conservative Culture and Media Institute. Verhoeven's film project is still in its early stages. The Dutch director thinks it is still far too early for criticism of his film. "There is no script yet and until there is, there is nothing to discuss," says a spokesperson. The scenario is expected in six months.
