Director Stijn Coninx has been elected as the new chairman of the copyright association Sabam. Stijn Coninx, professor at the RITS and INSAS film schools, is best known as a film and TV director. He made, among others, the films "Daens", "Hector"; "Koko Flanel" and "Soeur Sourire" and the TV series "Het Peulengaleis". He has been on the Sabam board of directors for several years.
