The Ukrainian film 'V Toemane' (In the Fog) by Sergej Loznitsa has received the prestigious Fipresci Prize, the prize of international film criticism, at Cannes. The film is set in 1942, during the Nazi occupation of the Soviet Union. A man is falsely accused of collaboration by his comrades, who kidnap him to kill him in the woods. To save his skin, he must throw his moral principles overboard.
