The Pirate Bay is launching a site with a new IP address that allows visitors from countries where the torrent site is blocked to access it. Torrentfreak reports this. In the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Great Britain, among others, providers are obliged to block The Pirate Bay. Judges ruled that the website offers too much copyrighted material and thus encourages piracy.
