Anyone can now set up a public live webcast with Google+, which can also be viewed via YouTube. Google+ will have a function to stream live with your webcam. The option will be available within the most special function of Google's social network, the videoconferencing tool Hangouts. Google calls it Hangouts on Air. Your public Hangout session will appear in a list of public webcasts on Google+.
