This year's poster for the Montreal World Film Festival was designed by graphic designer Amira Daoudi, who works in Brussels. She won the competition organized by the festival earlier this year. It is the first time that a design made outside North America has made it. Daoudi has also been no stranger to the Flemish film sector for a long time. She has already designed posters for films by Michaël R. Roskam, Gust Van den Berghe, Nicolas Provost and Nic Balthazar, among others.
