A Belgian hacker has penetrated the operating system of Telenet's latest type of digicorder. Telenet spokesperson Stefan Coenjaerts confirms the story: "He partially succeeded, but he did not cause any damage." The hacker did manage to manipulate the LED lights on the display (see video). "There is never any danger." for the network or the content of private individuals," Coenjaerts assures. Telenet is closing the leak with a software update.
