The films "Rundskop" and "Hasta la Vista" win the 2012 Screenplay Prize. The members of the guild read the screenplays of most of the nominees and make their choice based on that. For the first time in its four-year existence, the Flemish Screenwriters Guild could not choose between two films. The screenplay of "Hasta la Vista" was written by screenwriter Pierre De Clercq. In "Rundskop" director Michael R. Roskam was the writer.
