Alfacam is going through particularly tough weather. The banks have granted the television services group a three-month deferral of payments until the end of March. Alfacam is discussing extending that period until the end of June if necessary. In the meantime, the company is working to strengthen its capital. Alfacam wants to pick up the growth of the early years again. It is looking for that growth in Brazil, India and the Middle East. But that is clearly not going smoothly. The company warns in a statement that the foreign start-up costs are higher than anticipated. In addition, there are 'difficulties in receiving temporary payments'.
