The premiere of the film Mixed Kebab took place in Genk on Thursday evening. The theme is the relationship between a Turkish boy and a Flemish boy. A sensitive topic, because homosexuality is not appreciated in all Turkish circles and is often taboo. Director Guy Lee Thijs and the cast also came to watch and visited the Flemish-Turkish politician Selahattin Koçak before the premiere.
