Beklemek, the new documentary by director Bülent Öztürk has been invited to two international festivals. At the Istanbul International Film Festival, the documentary was selected for competition in the Best Documentary category. Öztürk is not a newcomer at the second festival, the TRT Documentary Days; two years ago the director already won a second prize with his documentary Zaman Zaman. The winners of the 2012 TRT Documentary Awards will be announced at the closing ceremony on May 7. Beklemek has a chance to win the Best Documentary Award worth 30,000 Turkish Lira (approx. € 12,800).
