The score of the French film 'The Artist' has won the Oscar for Best Soundtrack. That soundtrack was played and recorded by the Brussels Philharmonic and the Brussels Jazz Orchestra. Those involved who did not travel to Los Angeles watched the ceremony on the big screen in Studio 4 of Flagey. The music ensembles also recorded the soundtrack in Brussels.
