Brussels-based production house Walking The Dog will be working on The Congress, the new feature film by Walz With Bashir director Ari Folman, from February 2. Walking The Dog is also co-producer of Bibo Bergeron's 3D animated film The Monster of Paris, which received two nominations for the Césars at the end of last week, namely Best Animated Film and Best Original Music.
