German actor Vadim Glowna has died at the age of 70. His agent announced this. Glowna died in the night from Tuesday to Wednesday in a hospital in Berlin after a short, serious illness. Glowna, born in Schleswig-Holstein, has appeared in more than 160 cinema and television films since the mid-1960s. He was awarded the golden camera at the Cannes Film Festival for his directorial debut "Desperado City" (1981).
